    I have missed working out using a hula hoop. This does what it says. Fair warning though that the first few uses you WILL be hurting.

    Easy to use
    I found it easy to put together and I have a lot of fun using it. Do recommend that you start at a minute and build up time.

    Great Purchase!
    Three pounds wound up being a little much. It is kind of rough on your torso as its coming around. I would try two pounds instead, personally.
